La Belle Fantastique lipstick base is ideal for making matte liquid lipsticks as well as satin finish liquid lipsticks. If you would like to add a more glossier finish to your liquid lipstick simply add 2 teaspoons of castor oil to the coloring phase along with your preferred amount of pigment. If you prefer a more matte finish simply add 2 teaspoons of Isododecane and your preferred amount of pigment to the coloring phase.
